All of our magical sleepover setups include a teepee tent, foam twin size mattress with coordinating fitted sheet, a lightweight blanket, a standard size pillow, bed trays, luxurious decorative pillows, lanterns with flameless tealight, fairlights and garlands.
The sleepovers are delivered, setup, styled, and then cleaned up next day by Starlight.
What payment is required?
To save the date, a deposit of 20% is needed at the time of booking. After the booking is placed online, one of our consultants will call to confirm the availability within 72 hours of the request. The full balance needs to be paid 7 days prior to the event of the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be returned.
How long does it take to setup a sleepover event?
A Starlight sleepover takes about 1 hour to setup and a Super Nova sleepover takes about 1.5 hours to setup. The cleanup process is takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
What are the appropriate ages of your sleepovers?
We design our teepee parties to cater to the interest of both boys and girls age 5 - 12.
What is your cleaning process to ensure healthy sleeping enviroments?
All of the sheets, pillow and mattress covers are washed with sensitive and fragrance free laundry detergent. Pillows and stuffies are wiped down and sanitized after each party.
What is your service area?
We currently service the South HIlls area of Pittsburgh: North Strabane, Peters, Upper Saint Clair, Bethel Park, Mt. Lebanon, and South Fayette townships.
Do I need to supply power?
All of our lights are battery powered. No power supply is needed.
How much space will I need for each party participant?
Each bed setup is twin sized which measures approximately 3 ft x 6 ft. If you are unsure if your space will be large enough, we can further discuss on the confirmation call after booking or you can e-mail hello@starlightoccasions.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the event date. In the event of a cancellation a deposit of 20% of the total booking is non-refundable. Any amount paid in excess of the 20% will be reimbursed. Please refer to our cancellation policy in Terms & Conditions for additional information.
